At Proof Strategies, we strive to create an environment that makes our staff want to come to work every day. We truly believe that offering a flexible, fun and transparent culture makes us better at our job and benefits our clients. From our pet-friendly office to team happy hours and retreats, we’re constantly looking for new ways to engage our employees and ensure that all staff has a hand in defining the culture of our company.

Giving Back

Giving back to the Washington, D.C. community and doing our part to keep the world a little cleaner also define our culture as two of our most important company values. We entered our second decade of carbon neutrality in 2019, and we provide year-round pro-bono work to Inner City Inner Child, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of early childhood education for children ages 0 to 5 in D.C.

Our culture is also reflected in the clients we serve. We work with clients who are making a positive change in the world and pride ourselves on helping organizations meet these goals.

Social Responsibility Report 2022

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and value-driven leadership have been the foundation of Proof’s business operations since our founding in 1994. At the heart of any successful business should be a set of values that derives from deep purpose and social responsibility to promote and uphold values and morals through our work. Value-driven leaders seek to better the world; advancing courage, integrity, innovation, humanity, and action for social responsibility.
